1lgCan pumpkin pie filling
1 Box Jello sugar free
  Butterscotch Instant Pudding
1 Container Lite Cool Whip
  Gingersnap cookies

Place pumpkin pie filling (not just regular pumpkin, it does not have all the spices) in a large bowl. Prepare the Butterscotch pudding as directed. Fold pudding, pumpkin and Cool Whip together. Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate. Just before serving, half submerge a gingersnap cookie in each dessert. Easy!
